If equipment is under warranty with Forge Heavy Industries, it should be coordinated through our Service Department first. We have a high availability of field technicians and can often diagnose most issues over the phone using video support when necessary. Once we determine the problem, we can schedule a field visit if needed and complete the repair promptly — allowing your team to focus on keeping aircraft in the air rather than maintaining equipment.
