Anything under warrantee with ITW GSE should go through their Service department first, and if you prefer Forge Heavy Industries to come out let ITW GSE know and they can schedule it with us. We have high availability of field technicians and can usually diagnose most problems via the phone using video technology if necessary. Once we have an idea of the issue, we can schedule a field visit if so desired and repair the unit for you so your company can concentrate on keeping aircraft in the air and not maintaining equipment.
